BMC released an article with information about a new app that helps transform the self service experience modeled after the Twitter and Facebook experience. This got 733 known placements, including 153 in print. This was in all 50 states with a readership of 22 million and on sites with 25 million unique visitors per month. Of all placements, 38% were in the top 50 markets, 56% were in the most populous third of states and 40% were in the wealthiest quarter of states. This was viewed 752 times on our site.
