Part of the reason for this monetary knowledge is a Web page designed to educate middle-school students about the purpose and functions of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. The Web page, just launched by the Federal Reserve Board, is designed in a user-friendly, question-andanswer format to ensure easy navi- gation and theability to learn basic information about the Fed.
