Sunless Tans by Ernie McCraw (NAPSA)—Going sunless is the healthy choice when it comes to tanning, but in the past, getting a sunless tan meant having to deal with messy creams andlotions that could leave you looking orange and streaky if not applied correctly. Now there are aerosol and airbrush tans that go on smooth and leave you beautifully bronzed. There Jare a couple of f choices when selectErnie McCraw ing an at-home spray tanner. The first time you use a self tanner, an inexpensive aerosol product can be a great choice. Skin Drench Instant Self Tanning Spray lets you experiment with a spray-on tanner without making a large investment. You can also try Air Silk Spray-On Hosiery. This spray creates a silky, tanned finish that is waterproof but washes off with soap and water. Once you have mastered the technique and are looking for a higher quality product, a small airbrush system can be a wonder- ful option. The Aztec Tanning Sys- tem comes complete with an exfoliating spray, tanning solution and moisturizer that can all be applied with the airbrush. Spray tanners generally only take a few minutes to dry and each has a recommended length of time to leave the tanner on. Leaving it on longer will not necessarily produce a darker tan. Some tanners leave a color guide so you can see where the product was applied. Exfoliate every two days to help the tan fade evenly and touch-up as recommended by each product. It is also important to use a moisturizer on your legs every day to prolong the look.
